At Stoov, we want you to be completely warm and satisfied with your purchase. If your new heating product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the product back in its original Stoov box, ensuring all components including the battery and charging cable are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at a local carrier point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
